A Coast to Coast Walk: Pictorial Guide (Readers Edition)
St Bees to Robin Hood's Bay
The Coast to Coast Walk, devised by Alfred Wainwright himself, is perhaps the country's most loved long-distance walking route. It stretches across 190 miles from St Bees Head on the East coast to Robin Hood's Bay on the West, passing through the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors.
This Readers Edition of Wainwright's final Pictorial Guide, first published in 1973, has been freshly reproduced from his original text, illustrations and beautifully hand-drawn black-and-white route maps.
