We offer free servicing of LEKI and Black Diamond walk, trek and ski poles. Turnaround times may vary, depending on availability of staff and spares.  Mail order service on request (postage and packing charges may apply). If you have any questions or specific requirements then please contact us.

Pole Service

• Dismantle and inspect
• Remove corrosion
• Check, clean and adjust locking mechanisms
• Minor repairs (incl. new expanders, if required) *
• Clean poles & lubricate locking mechanisms

* Other replacement items and repairs are chargeable — we’ll contact you with a quote before going ahead.

Courtesy Poles*

• Poles bought from us (proof of purchase required) Free
• Poles not bought from us (normal hire rates apply) £15 per week or £10 per day/two days

* While your poles are being serviced.
