5. Buy some shiny new kit, there's nothing more motivational than putting on new running gear, feeling good about how you look and going out to get some natural highs - SHOP
6. Join us on Strava, we will be giving away prizes again this year. Prizes for the best title, best photo, most improved, most motivational, toughest survivor... whatever inspires you to get outside #GetInspiredGetOutside with us :-) Lindsay won with her Spider Strava in 2018 :-D
